Customer Service Advisor Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to fill the role of Customer Service Advisor in our Newry office. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Process orders and handle customer inquiries via phone, live chat, and email.
  2. Work collaboratively with the team to achieve personal KPI targets and contribute to the overall success of the business.
  3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in customer-facing roles, with a strong track record of delivering excellent customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Able to work under pressure, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
  • Willingsness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
