About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join our team at Nicholas Associates Group Limited. As an HR Advisor, you will play a key role in delivering a professional and efficient HR advisory service to managers and employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee employee relations cases from start to finish, ensuring timely and professional resolution.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to managers and employees on all employee matters, including employment law and company policies.
- Develop and deliver training sessions and workshops to educate managers on effective people practices, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Review and improve policies and procedures to ensure they are up-to-date and compliant with relevant laws and regulations.
- Create and implement action plans to address employee relations issues, recommending corrective measures as needed.
Requirements:
- Proven experience working as a HR Advisor with a generalist remit, preferably in a similar industry.
- CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent.
- Excellent experience handling employee relations casework from start to finish.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with managers and employees at all levels.
- IT literate with experience using HR systems and software.
