About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced retail management professional to join our team as a Supervisor in the Animal department.

As a Supervisor, you will play a key role in leading our store management team and contributing to the success of our business. You will be responsible for managing a team of sales assistants, providing excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate a team of sales assistants to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
  • Manage store operations, including stock management, visual merchandising, and loss prevention
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and improve customer engagement
  • Collaborate with the store management team to achieve business objectives and improve store performance

Requirements

  • Previous retail management experience, preferably in a similar industry
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Knowledge of retail operations, including stock management and visual merchandising
