About the Animal Department

The Animal Department is a key part of our business, offering a range of high-quality products. As a Supervisor in this department, you will play a crucial role in leading our store teams and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of Sales Assistants to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth
  • Monitor and control stock levels, ensuring accurate inventory management
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives

Requirements

  • Previous retail management experience, preferably in a supervisory role
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Knowledge of retail operations and customer service principles
