About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Supervisors to join our store management teams at Mountain Warehouse Ltd.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a team of Sales Assistants and contributing to the overall success of our stores.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate a team of Sales Assistants to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
  • Assist with the management of store operations, including stock management, visual merchandising, and loss prevention
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies and promotions
  • Provide coaching and training to Sales Assistants to enhance their skills and knowledge
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous retail management experience, preferably in a supervisory or team leader capacity
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make informed decisions
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends, as required
