About the Role:

This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced Quantity Surveyor to contribute their expertise to impactful infrastructure projects and make a real difference in the industry.

  1. Developing accurate and detailed cost estimates and budgets for projects, ensuring feasibility and alignment with project goals.
  2. Administering and managing contracts with subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.
  3. Monitoring actual project costs against the approved budget, identifying and analyzing variances, and implementing cost-saving measures.
  4. Evaluating and valuing variations and claims arising from project changes or unforeseen circumstances.
Ideal Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate has a strong focus on heavy highway projects, including major road construction, bridge projects, or tunnel works.

The candidate must have a deep understanding of civil engineering principles, construction techniques, and materials related to heavy highway projects.

The ideal candidate is proficient in using quantity surveying software and has a strong understanding of cost analysis methods, including complex calculations for large-scale projects.
