Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Administrative Support Specialist. This role will provide administrative support to our busy office, ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls
- Coordinate travel arrangements and book meetings
- Maintain accurate records and files, both physical and digital
- Provide exceptional customer service to visitors and colleagues
- Assist with onboarding new employees, including pre-employment checks and contract issuance
- Reconcile staff absences and holidays with timesheet bookings
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Previous experience in an administrative role is essential
