Job Description:

This role will involve building relationships with patients, communicating effectively, and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, be able to communicate clearly and articulately, and be motivated and driven to succeed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build relationships with patients and ensure regular communication prior to and following their treatment
  • Assist in patient consultations/practice visits
  • Undertake diagnostic scans on patients using state-of-the-art equipment as part of a full health check
  • Assist patients to complete health & lifestyle questionnaires
  • Introduce patients to their optometrist
  • Schedule treatment dates for vision correction surgery
  • Advise on traditional vision correction solutions, namely glasses and contact lenses
  • Discuss finance options
  • Accurately maintain patient records
