**The Opportunity**

As a **Thermal Hydraulic Specialist**, you will lead the Fault Studies Team and report through the Head of Licensing to the GDA Project Director. This role provides a unique opportunity in an exciting emerging technology and energy marketplace.

You will be responsible for providing line management and coordinating the team, ensuring they possess the necessary technical skills and personal skills to deliver.

This position offers an exciting chance to contribute to the commercial deployment of SMR-300 worldwide, working closely with the US SMR Deterministic Safety Analysis (DSA) Lead.

Responsibilities:

  • Leading the Fault Studies Team and coordinating team activities.
  • Cultivating strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to improve team performance.
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
