About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our PMO function as they continue to grow. The successful candidate will be responsible for the delivery of full 'Go to Market' plans and some more strategic projects.

The ideal candidate will have a background in delivering products, preferably in electronics, manufacturing, or medical devices/pharmaceuticals. Experience working with overseas teams is a significant advantage.

The Technical Project Manager will work closely with the Product Director, firmware team, software team, and UX team to ensure the teams are motivated and kept in the loop at all times. The role requires strong communication skills, stakeholder management, and planning and project estimation techniques.

Our client is a leading manufacturer in their field, globally recognized as the best-selling brand for their well-esteemed product. They have a 'Tech in Wales first policy', ensuring all development is based in South Wales, including R&D, software development, and electronics engineering.

About You

We are looking for a senior Project Manager with a background in software and 'New Product Introduction' to join our team. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of the SDLC and experience working with software teams, UX/UI teams, and ideally mobile app and cloud teams. If you've worked with firmware, embedded, and electronics teams, that's a big plus.
