About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our PMO function as they continue to grow. The successful candidate will be responsible for the delivery of full 'Go to Market' plans and strategic projects.

The ideal candidate will have a background in electronics, manufacturing, or a medical device/pharmaceutical product company, with a good understanding of sitting with different teams and communicating with technical and non-technical people.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Working alongside the Product Director to deliver full 'Go to Market' plans and strategic projects
  • Supporting the firmware team, software team, and UX team to ensure they are motivated and kept in the loop at all times
  • Communicating with stakeholders in a true Agile environment

The successful candidate will be well-versed in stakeholder management, planning, and project estimation techniques. They will also be comfortable working autonomously and have a strong understanding of the company's 'Tech in Wales first policy'.
