Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our PMO function as they continue to grow. The successful candidate will be responsible for the delivery of full 'Go to Market' plans and some more strategic projects.
The ideal candidate will have a background in software and 'New Product Introduction' and be well-versed in Agile project management methodologies. They will be responsible for working alongside the Product Director, supporting the firmware team, software team, and UX team, and ensuring the teams are motivated and kept in the loop at all times.
The role requires a senior-level Project Manager who can hit the ground running and work autonomously. The team is working in a true Agile environment, so experience with Agile project management methodologies is essential.
About YouWe are looking for a Project Manager with a background in delivering products, preferably in electronics, manufacturing, or medical devices/pharmaceuticals. Experience working with overseas teams is a significant advantage.
The successful candidate will have an understanding of the SDLC and experience working with software teams, UX/UI teams, and ideally mobile app and cloud teams. Communication is key in this role, so strong stakeholder management and planning skills are essential.
The ideal location for this role is South Wales, with the office based in Caerphilly. Regular face-time in the office is required.
