Job Summary
We are seeking a Night Assessment Support Worker to join our Pan London Rough Sleeping Teams. As a Night Assessment Support Worker, you will play a critical role in providing a safe and supportive environment for individuals experiencing homelessness. Your primary responsibility will be to conduct assessments and provide support to clients in our No Second Night Out Assessment Hubs.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments and provide support to clients in our No Second Night Out Assessment Hubs
- Work as part of a busy team environment, collaborating with colleagues to provide a comprehensive support service
- Provide a safe and supportive environment for clients, promoting their well-being and dignity
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored support
- Work on a 7-day weekly night rota pattern, with an average of 3 waking night shifts in a row
About You

Some experience of dealing directly with the public and/or customers in a busy service environmentGood communication skills and the ability to work with others effectively to get things doneSome understanding of the issues faced by homeless or vulnerably housed people and the difficulties they experience in accessing servicesA willingness to learn and develop your skills and knowledge in supporting individuals experiencing homelessnessWhat We Offer
