Night Assessment Professional

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Night Assessment Worker. As a key member of our Pan London Rough Sleeping Teams, you will play a vital role in supporting vulnerable adults and helping them access essential services.
Key Responsibilities- Work closely with our teams to provide a safe and supportive environment for clients, conducting assessments and providing guidance as needed.
- Develop strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and circumstances.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery and effective communication.
- Experience working in a customer-facing role, preferably in a support or social care setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Understanding of the issues faced by homeless or vulnerably housed individuals and the challenges they encounter in accessing services.
- A genuine passion for supporting people to transform their lives and overcome adversity.
