We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT professional to join our Business Support IT team. As an IT Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in shaping the service provided to our internal customers.

Your key responsibilities will include providing an outstanding customer-focused IT support service to over 140 users across sites in Edinburgh and Fife. You will field support requests via phone and in person, recognising and responding sensitively to individual needs to ensure a quality service at all times.

This varied role also involves maintaining our servers and networking infrastructure, as well as supporting our older applications and rolling out new systems. You will have the opportunity to work independently and prioritise tasks, using your excellent communication and people skills to ensure a seamless service.

We are looking for a candidate with an IT related qualification and/or at least 3 years' proven experience in a similar role. You should also have experience of supporting IT and networks in multiple sites, as well as experience in supporting MS Office, Windows Server, Azure, Intune, and MSSQL.

The successful applicant will be required to complete a Standard Disclosure check. We operate 2 care homes and house over 1300 tenants in Edinburgh, the Lothians and Fife.
