Job Description

This role involves working as part of a multidisciplinary team to provide individualised care plans and support our patients in their daily activities.

You will work closely with our nursing and therapy teams to ensure that our patients receive comprehensive and coordinated care.

Responsibilities

  • Support patients with their daily living needs, including personal care, meal preparation and medication administration
  • Assist patients with their daily activities, such as dressing, bathing and grooming
  • Help patients to maintain a healthy lifestyle, including exercise and healthy eating
  • Provide emotional support and guidance to patients, as needed
  • Work collaboratively with our nursing and therapy teams to ensure that patients receive comprehensive and coordinated care

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Experience of working with vulnerable adults
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Prioritisation and time management skills

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £23,144 per annum, plus benefits including a pension scheme and annual leave.
