Lead Our Recruitment Team

Cavalry Healthcare is a dynamic and growing healthcare company seeking a highly motivated Director of Staffing to lead our recruitment team. This is a rewarding role with a competitive salary and excellent benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of recruiters to source and hire high-quality nurses and support workers.
  • Implement new processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Manage the team through regular meetings and ongoing training.
  • Develop and implement new sourcing strategies to maximize candidate outreach.
  • Grow the team and increase the number of hours worked.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of growing a team and increasing productivity.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to enthuse and motivate the team.
  • Good commercial awareness and analytical skills.
  • Desirable: experience with Salesforce.
