We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Staffing to lead our recruitment team in Liverpool. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a team of recruiters, implementing new sourcing ideas, and maximizing candidate outreach.

About the Role
  • Lead a team of recruiters to achieve team target goals
  • Implement new sourcing ideas and methods to maximize candidate outreach
  • Manage the team through regular meetings and ongoing training
  • Have a strong track record of achieving team target goals in healthcare recruitment

We are looking for a confident verbal and written communicator who thrives on building relationships. Experience of using Salesforce is desirable but not essential.
