We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to support the delivery of our annual fundraising events and projects. As a Special Events Fundraising Executive, you will work closely with the Special Events Managers to ensure the success of our events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the planning and execution of special events, including logistics, marketing, and fundraising efforts.
- Collaborate with committees and volunteers to achieve event goals.
- Provide administrative support to the Special Events Managers, including data entry, record-keeping, and communication with stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain relationships with donors, sponsors, and partners to secure funding and support for our events.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in administration, events, or fundraising.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
