Special Education Needs Educator Position

We are committed to providing exceptional educational experiences for children with SEN and SEMH needs in Norfolk. As an SEN Teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping the lives of your students and contributing to their academic, social, and emotional growth.
About the RoleThis role offers a unique opportunity to work in a small class setting, supported by a minimum of three staff members per class. You will have the chance to adapt the curriculum to meet individual needs, leading to improved outcomes and a sense of accomplishment.
Requirements and Qualifications- QTS or QTLS: Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Qualified Teacher Learning and Skills (QTLS) status.
- SEN Experience: Have experience teaching pupils with SEN and working with EHCPs.
- Curriculum Knowledge: Possess a strong knowledge of the curriculum and strategies for engaging SEN learners.
- Salary: £31,650 - £49,084 per annum, paid weekly in arrears.
