Job Title: Facilities Technical Compliance Officer

Princess Yachts is seeking a highly skilled Facilities Technical Compliance Officer to join their team. As a key member of the facilities department, you will be responsible for ensuring statutory compliance and planned maintenance remediation across all Princess Yachts sites.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Issue, track, and close PPM tasks via INVIDA CAFM system
  • Issue and close statutory reactive tasks via INVIDA CAFM system
  • Effective communication with internal and external stakeholders
  • Working with spreadsheets and financial IT packages
  • Prompt escalation of health and safety and business-critical issues
  • Raise and receipt purchase orders
  • Contractor control, permits, and inductions
  • Producing reports on task and WIP progress
  • Working within budget constraints
  • Supporting non-compliance helpdesk and other team members
Requirements:
  • Strong experience in using CAFM systems in a building services environment
  • Familiarity with issuing planned and reactive maintenance tasks
  • Understanding of budgets and financial management
  • Ability to prioritize works to maintain statutory compliance
  • Computer literacy, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven experience in a similar role, ideally in a fast-paced industrial or manufacturing environment
