Job Summary
BDB Pitmans LLP is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR and Payroll Administrator to join our dynamic team. As a key member of the HR Department, you will be responsible for providing efficient and accurate administrative support to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a professional services or legal environment, preferably with knowledge of payroll processing. You should possess excellent numerical skills, attention to detail, and strong communication skills. A numerate GCSE qualification is essential, and A-level maths is preferred. The salary for this position is approximately £25,000 per annum, plus 4 x life assurance and 25 days holiday + bank holidays (exclusive).

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and update employee records within HR and Payroll systems and the Firm's document management system
  • Process invoices, seeking relevant approval and recording in the budget spreadsheet
  • Assist Recruitment Advisor with ad-hoc recruitment needs by liaising with candidates, agencies, and internal stakeholders
