Medical Oncology Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Oncology Specialist to join our esteemed team at the University Hospitals of Morecambe Bay NHS Trust. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and experienced oncologist to contribute to the provision of high-quality cancer care in our region.
The successful candidate will be expected to work closely with our existing consultant team, sharing acute oncology duties and collaborating on systemic therapy for Lung, Upper GI, and Colorectal Cancer. We offer a competitive salary, ranging from £70,000 to £110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop your expertise in medical oncology and contribute to the growth and success of our trust. You will also benefit from our comprehensive induction programme, mentorship support, and ongoing training and development opportunities.
To be eligible for this position, applicants must be fully registered with the GMC with a license to practice and be eligible for inclusion on the Specialist Register or be within 6 months of obtaining their CCT at the time of interview.
