Job Description:

The position of Level 3 Early Years Educator at Veritas Education Recruitment is a rewarding opportunity for an enthusiastic and passionate individual to join our team. This role involves working with children with special educational needs, including autism and other related developmental conditions.

This exciting position offers the chance to support children in reaching developmental milestones through structured therapy sessions, under the guidance of experienced Clinical Supervisors. Key responsibilities include engaging in evidence-based therapy sessions, supporting the implementation of ABA therapy sessions, and monitoring progress.

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess a Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare, a positive and patient approach, warm personality, clear communication, and a genuine passion for working with children.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage in structured, evidence-based therapy sessions
  • Support and implement delivering structured ABA therapy sessions to support children in reaching developmental milestones
  • Monitor progress and collect data to track each child's journey in areas such as early childhood development
  • Collaborate and work closely with clinical supervisors to adapt and refine therapy plans for effective, engaging support
  • Adapt creatively to changing conditions, ensuring a positive and engaging environment for children
  • Provide personal care (e.g., dressing, toileting) where required

Qualifications & Experience:

Candidates must hold a Level 3 Qualification in Early Years or Childcare, and have a positive, patient approach; warm personality; clear communication; and a genuine passion for working with children.
