Job Opportunity:

Veritas Education Recruitment is seeking a highly qualified and dedicated Level 3 Early Years Educator to join our team. This role involves working with children with special educational needs, including autism and other related developmental conditions.

This position offers the chance to work in a leading provider of education for children with special educational needs, where you will be able to make a real difference in the lives of children. Key responsibilities include engaging in evidence-based therapy sessions, supporting the implementation of ABA therapy sessions, and monitoring progress.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage in structured, evidence-based therapy sessions
  • Support and implement delivering structured ABA therapy sessions to support children in reaching developmental milestones
  • Monitor progress and collect data to track each child's journey in areas such as early childhood development
  • Collaborate and work closely with clinical supervisors to adapt and refine therapy plans for effective, engaging support
  • Adapt creatively to changing conditions, ensuring a positive and engaging environment for children
  • Provide personal care (e.g., dressing, toileting) where required

Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary of £23,750 per annum, plus the opportunity to work with experienced Clinical Supervisors and make a real difference in the lives of children.
