Role Overview

MWH Treatment is seeking a digitally passionate individual with a creative mindset and ability to influence change to join our team on our South West Water framework.

This role is about bridging the gap between engineering and delivery functions through collaborative practices, driving the adoption of digital tools and methodologies to enhance project delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the management of the digital delivery toolbox maturity matrix to ensure we are meeting our commitments
  • Work closely with Regional Leads to identify key resources to build a strategic in-region team
  • Develop a regional rehearsal strategy, covering the tools, techniques, and training necessary for integration as business as usual into the regional delivery processes
  • Facilitate rehearsals on specific projects until resources are identified, competent, and capable
  • Develop 4D models utilising Synchro for Digital Rehearsals, linking the model and programme, to provide visualisations
  • Support developing, implementing, and executing the strategy to fully adopt the use of BIM 360 Field across the region, embedding the platform as business as usual for project delivery
Requirements
  • Experience in implementing change management and driving digital agenda at business level
  • Appreciation and detailed knowledge of the Information Management requirements
  • Genuine passion for new technologies and when best to apply throughout the project delivery lifecycle to maximise value
  • Experience in educating and training individuals on suites of tools
  • Confidence in presenting, hosting webinars to educate the region and improve digital maturity
