Veterinary Nurse Position

We are seeking a confident and skilled Registered Veterinary Nurse to join our close-knit team. As a key member of our surgery, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to our diverse range of clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Theatre work, including surgical procedures and post-operative care
- Medical nursing, including administering medications and monitoring patient health
- Nurse clinics, providing routine check-ups and health advice to clients
- Supporting the reception team as needed, including answering phones and handling client queries
- Assisting with student nurse training and development, if desired
We offer a flexible working pattern, with a combination of early and late shifts, including 40 hours over 5 days per week. Weekends are 1:4 on a rota basis, with no out-of-hours duties. We have a great team and excellent facilities, including digital dental x-ray, Doppler ultrasound, video endoscopy, Idexx lab, ECGs, slit lamp, iCare tonometry, and HDO.
Our Team:We are a close-knit team of 3 vets, 4 Registered Veterinary Nurses, 2 Student Veterinary Nurses, an outstanding client care team, and a practice manager. We work closely with local CP, RSPCA welfare assist, RSPCA inspectors, and Blue Cross.
