Job Details

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Veterinary Nurse to join our team at MVR Locums. This is a fixed-term maternity contract opportunity that requires a good level of general nursing experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality nursing care to patients, including admitting, monitoring anesthesia, and assisting with consults and nurse clinics.
  • Work collaboratively with the veterinary team to ensure seamless patient care and a positive working environment.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of nursing protocols and procedures.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and continuing education to stay up-to-date with the latest nursing practices and technologies.
Requirements
  • Qualified Veterinary Nurse with a strong background in general nursing.
  • Registered with the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons (RCVS).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
