Role Overview
This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated Registered Veterinary Nurse to join our client's team. As a key member of the nursing team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and supporting the veterinary surgeons in the delivery of clinical services.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with surgical procedures.
- Support the veterinary surgeons in the delivery of clinical services, including taking medical histories, performing physical examinations, and developing treatment plans.
- Collaborate with the nursing team to ensure seamless patient care and efficient workflow.
- Participate in ongoing professional development, including training and education programs, to stay up-to-date with the latest veterinary techniques and best practices.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of veterinary experience, preferably in a small animal practice.
- RCVS registration or eligibility for registration.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
