We are seeking a highly skilled Quantitative Research Project Lead to join our team in London. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing large-scale international mystery shopping projects and leading teams of researchers.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced researcher looking to take on a senior role in a dynamic and innovative company. As a Quantitative Research Project Lead, you will work closely with senior directors, junior support executives, and external consultants to deliver high-quality projects.

The role involves supporting the management of multiple projects simultaneously, including regular communication with clients, liaison with project teams, and oversight of data quality and analysis. You will also have the opportunity to lead semi-continuous projects from start to finish, working with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quantitative research, experience in managing large-scale projects, and excellent project management skills. You will be a creative thinker, able to work independently and as part of a team, and possess outstanding attention to detail. A strong understanding of Excel and PowerPoint is essential, and proficiency in languages other than English would be beneficial.

We offer a competitive salary of £65,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including 25 days holiday, 2 volunteering paid days, contributory pension scheme, and flexible working options.
