Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Personal Care Provider to join our team in Oxford. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and building lasting connections with our clients.

About the Role:

  • Deliver high-quality personal care and support to clients in their own homes
  • Assist with household duties, such as cleaning and laundry
  • Support safe mobility in and outside of the home
  • Provide companionship and run general errands, such as completing the weekly shop or collecting prescriptions

Requirements:

  • At least three months' care experience either in a professional or personal setting
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A driving licence and your own transport is essential
  • Good IT skills, as all of our systems are online
  • The right to work in the UK - please note we do not provide sponsorship or accept skilled worker visas

What We Offer:

  • Guaranteed hours contract - between 5 to 30 hours per week, depending on availability

Salary Information:

£13.50 - £15 per hour, guaranteed hours. Based on 25 hours per week, this translates to approximately £3,375 - £3,900 per month, excluding additional benefits.
