Belinda Roberts Ltd is a fast-growing business-to-business financial services company seeking a skilled Client Manager/Business Analyst to join their expanding team. Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Support: Assist clients in identifying qualifying projects for tax benefits.
  • Client Facing: Develop strong relationships with senior technical personnel, ensuring efficient and effective communication.
  • Project Coordination: Collaborate with clients and accountants to gather necessary information for successful tax returns.
  • Technical Reporting: Conduct project technical report calls, draft reports, and communicate with clients and accountants.
  • Tax Legislation: Stay up-to-date with R&D tax legislation, researching and solving tax issues to maximize client benefits.
  • Industry Liaison: Liaise with industry professionals and accountants regarding project costing and developments.
  • Client Communication: Communicate with clients and accountants to obtain required information for R&D returns.
  • Tax Computations: Complete tax computations, discuss options with accountants, and address queries.
  • Professional Development: Stay current with tax legislation changes, communicating updates to clients and accountants.
  • Workload Management: Manage workload, update progress in internal systems, and provide updates to management.

This role requires a strong Client Management background, excellent Excel skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Training will be provided to the right candidate, and the company offers a motivated working environment and excellent benefits.
