Join Our Team as a R&D Finance Account Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced R&D Finance Account Manager to join our team at Belinda Roberts Ltd. As a key member of our Financial Services Business, you will play a vital role in sustaining the growth of our business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Support: Provide expert support to clients in identifying qualifying projects for tax benefits.
  • Client Facing: Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior technical personnel, ensuring efficient and effective communication.
  • Tax Compliance: Assist SMEs and Large companies in collating necessary information for successful tax returns, ensuring timely and professional delivery.
  • Project Management: Conduct detailed project technical report calls with clients/key personnel to establish eligible R&D projects and activities.
  • Reporting: Draft project technical reports disclosing projects discussed in meetings, in line with guidelines for R&D tax purposes.
  • Tax Legislation: Stay up-to-date with R&D tax legislation and maximize client benefit by researching and solving tax issues.
  • Industry Liaison: Liaise with industry professionals and accountants regarding R&D project costing and developments.
  • Client Communication: Communicate with clients and accountants to obtain required information for R&D returns.
  • Tax Computations: Complete tax computations to calculate client options, discuss with accountants, and address queries.
  • Legislative Updates: Keep up-to-date with changes in tax legislation and communicate these to clients and accountants.
  • Workload Management: Actively manage your workload, update progress in internal systems, and provide updates to management.
  • Organisation: Maintain a high level of organisation, identifying client pipeline progress to ensure every client has an associated claim processing plan.

We are looking for a strong Client Management professional with excellent Excel skills, who can work in a fast-paced environment and provide exceptional customer service. If you have a Financial Services background, it would be an advantage, but not essential. Our company offers training and a motivated working environment with excellent benefits.
