Burton Bolton & Rose Recruitment Services Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and organized Stock and Purchasing Administrator to support the day-to-day operations of their stores and purchasing function. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively with the existing team to ensure the smooth running of the trade sales and purchasing process. Key responsibilities include:

* Assisting with the day-to-day running of the stores, purchasing, and trade sales function
* Placing orders with nominated suppliers for new stock as required and tracking deliveries
* Receiving goods from suppliers, cross-referencing against delivery notes, and booking stock onto the system
* Dealing with trade sales customers and liaising with the Accounts Department regarding payments
