Job Title: Senior Hospitality Manager

Roka Restaurants is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Senior Hospitality Manager to lead our team at Charlotte Street.

Estimated Salary: £40,000 - £55,000 per annum

About the Role

We are looking for an exceptional individual to manage our front-of-house operations, ensuring seamless customer experiences and fostering a positive team environment. As a Senior Hospitality Manager, you will oversee daily activities, supervise staff, and maintain the highest standards of service quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Front-of-House Management: Supervise and coordinate all aspects of front-of-house operations, including guest interactions, seating arrangements, and table management.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and develop a high-performing team, providing coaching and guidance to ensure excellent service delivery.
  • Service Quality: Maintain and enhance service standards, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to meet Roka's high expectations.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Ensure guests receive outstanding service, addressing any issues promptly and professionally.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar senior hospitality or management position within the restaurant industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve exceptional results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer service.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
