About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Trade Operative to join our Reactive team in Glasgow. As a key member of our team, you will work on properties across the region, utilizing your skills in ground working, drainage, fencing, blockwork, and assisting with other trades.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out construction, fault fixing, and maintenance duties in line with contract specifications.
  • Maintain tools and equipment in good condition and restock as needed.
  • Respond to customer complaints and breakdowns, resolving issues and keeping customers informed.
  • Provide accurate and timely information on work progress to customers.
Requirements
  • SVQ/NVQ Level 3 qualification in core subject or currently undertaking the qualification.
  • Working knowledge of Health and Safety legislation.
  • Good communication and customer care skills.
  • Ability to work to deadlines and prioritize workloads.
  • Full valid UK driving licence.
