Our team in Central Brighton requires a skilled Office Administrator to provide administrative support on a full-time basis, Monday to Friday, 9am-5:30pm, and one Saturday per month.

This is a permanent position with an annual salary of £26,000, which includes benefits and opportunities for professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Be the initial point of contact for telephone and email inquiries, responding promptly and professionally.
  2. Monitor and respond to emails efficiently, processing applications and completing referencing for clients.
  3. You will complete Right to Rent checks and write up contracts, supporting contractors entering the office.
  4. The successful candidate will assist with general office duties such as filing, scanning, franking, sending post, and data entry.

To excel in this role, you should possess excellent organisational skills, strong attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft packages like Word, Outlook, and Excel.
