Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to lead and inspire a growing and ambitious organisation, delivering a holistic and integrated approach to care for young people with Emotional Behavioural Disorders.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the home, providing leadership, direction, and management of the residential children's service. This includes:

  • Delivering the highest levels of care and support to the young people.
  • Leading and managing a team of staff to ensure the smooth operation of the home.
Requirements

To be considered for this position, candidates should have:

  • Strong leadership and managerial skills.
  • Experience leading within a residential home for children & young people with EBD.
  • NVQ or QCF Level 5 in Leadership and Management or currently undertaking (Children's Services).
  • NVQ Level 3 or 4 in Children's Residential Services or equivalent.

We offer a competitive salary of up to £45,000 per annum, plus an annual bonus of £10,000 and a welcome bonus of £5,000. Other benefits include:
