Job Title: Cruise Guest Advisor

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Cruise Guest Advisor to join our team at Saga. As a key member of our Cruise team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and advice to our guests when planning and booking luxury travel packages with Saga Cruise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer calls in a timely and professional manner, ensuring a tailored and personable approach for every interaction.
  • Provide recommendations and engage in upselling opportunities to enhance the customer experience.
  • Handle both sales and service calls, adhering to customer service best practices and providing timely updates to guests.
  • Responsible for sending follow-up emails, observing a high attention to detail with focus on spelling and grammar.
  • Have a driven mentality to exceed customer expectations and a patient approach to deal with guest requests in a calm and helpful manner.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a customer-focused role, guiding and advising customers with booking travel or recommending products.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to learn and relay information about our products and services.
  • Ability to spot buying signals and opportunities to upsell.
  • Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and can demonstrate a can-do approach and flexibility when required.
  • Shows a passion for guest service and a natural enthusiasm for progression opportunities.
  • Has excellent attention to detail and can demonstrate strong written and verbal skills.
