Job Overview

Saga Cruise is seeking a skilled and customer-focused Cruise Guest Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, assisting them in planning and booking luxury travel packages with Saga Cruise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer calls in a timely and professional manner, ensuring a tailored and personable approach for every interaction.
  • Provide recommendations and engage in upselling opportunities to enhance the customer experience.
  • Handle sales and service calls, adhering to guest service best practices and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Responsible for sending follow-up emails, maintaining a high attention to detail with focus on spelling and grammar.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call centre or contact centre environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Ability to learn and understand our products and services, with a passion for overseas travel and cruise.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work a hybrid schedule, with 2 days in the office and 3 days working from home.
