About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Cruise Guest Advisor to join our team at Saga. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, assisting them in planning and booking luxury travel packages with Saga Cruise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer calls in a timely and professional manner, ensuring a tailored and personable approach for every interaction.
  • Provide recommendations and engage in upselling opportunities to enhance the guest experience.
  • Handle sales and service calls, adhering to guest service best practice and prioritizing a guest-first approach.
  • Send follow-up emails with high attention to detail, focusing on spelling and grammar.
  • Exceed guest expectations by demonstrating a driven mentality and patience in dealing with requests.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call centre or contact centre environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to learn about our products and services.
  • Ability to spot buying signals and upsell opportunities.
  • Flexibility and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for guest service and natural enthusiasm for progression opportunities.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong written and verbal skills.
