Barchester Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Bank Care Assistant to join our team. As a Bank Care Assistant, you will work closely with our nursing staff to deliver person-centered care, focusing on the unique needs of each resident. This role offers the chance to provide high-quality care and support, ensuring residents receive the best possible experience. We are looking for a caring and empathetic individual with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality care. The ideal candidate will have experience of caring for older people, with a focus on person-centered care. You will be required to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends, to ensure we can meet the needs of our residents 24/7. About the Job
As a Bank Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive care and support to our residents.
