Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Junior Ops Manager to join our dynamic ops team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our production operations, ensuring seamless execution of projects, and contributing to the growth and success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and maintain accurate timesheets, ensuring timely submission and reconciliation.
- Assist with purchase orders, invoicing, and credit card reconciliation, ensuring financial accuracy and compliance.
- Support resource scheduling and booking of freelancers, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
- Contribute to utilization reporting, tracking, and analysis, providing insights for business growth.
- Assist in tracking and reporting hour anomalies on projects, ensuring timely resolution and minimizing impact.
- Support tracking and reporting of overtime and freelancer spend, ensuring compliance and cost control.
- Collaborate with the wider team on software and administrative projects, leveraging your skills and expertise.
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new platforms and software.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and ability to learn new tools and systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
- Understanding of Monday and experience with Adobe Cloud are a plus.
