We are looking for a highly skilled Program Manager Leader to join our team in the UK.

About the Role

This is a rare opportunity to join an award-winning designer and manufacturer of virtual production solutions and advanced camera robotics for film, HETV and broadcast. Our Research & Development department helps us stay on the cutting edge of virtual production by identifying gaps in the market and innovating new products.

Responsibilities
  1. Drive operational efficiency of the R&D department, while engaging and interacting at an executive level.
  2. Run 'Scrums', gathering team feedback, conducting sprint planning, and ensuring that everything is running according to the schedule.
  3. Successfully mentor and develop an Agile team of 30+ Engineers across Electronics, Mechanical Design, Software Development, Machine Learning, and Embedded.
  4. Simultaneously drive 15+ projects at any one time, through the process from concept, specifications, prototyping, and subsequent testing to production.

The estimated salary for this position is £90,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
