About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Account Manager to join our team at Radius. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for delivering a proactive Contact Strategy to our customer base, driving upselling and cross-selling, and implementing a retention strategy to reduce churn.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a proactive Contact Strategy to ensure exceptional customer service
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, and build a sustainable pipeline
  • Implement a retention strategy to reduce churn and maintain customer satisfaction
  • Provide accurate business reporting to stakeholders, including Line Managers
  • Establish positive relationships with customers and colleagues, and demonstrate a professional and proactive approach

What We're Looking For

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven account management experience, with a focus on customer satisfaction and retention
  • Knowledge and experience in dealing with customer queries and issues, and the ability to resolve them effectively
  • Telecoms experience in a B2B or B2C campaign, with a focus on sales and customer success
