About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Account Manager to join our team at Radius. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for delivering a proactive Contact Strategy to our customer base, driving upselling and cross-selling, and implementing a retention strategy to reduce churn.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a proactive Contact Strategy to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, and build a sustainable pipeline to drive revenue growth
  • Implement a retention strategy to reduce churn and maintain a high-quality customer base
  • Provide accurate business reporting to stakeholders, including Line Managers and Senior Management
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers, ensuring excellent customer service and support

What We're Looking For

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Proven experience in account management, with a track record of delivering results and driving growth
  • Knowledge and experience in dealing with customer queries and issues, with the ability to resolve complex problems
  • Telecoms experience in a B2B or B2C campaign, with a strong understanding of the industry and its challenges
