As a key member of the De Beers Group team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and developing high-end jewelry sales strategies.

The ideal candidate will possess strong experience in the luxury jewelry industry, with a deep understanding of brand heritage and products. They will be able to analyze market trends, identify new business opportunities, and develop effective strategies to penetrate the ultra-high net worth individual (HNWI) market.

The salary for this position is estimated to be around $120,000-$180,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.

In this role, you will be responsible for building relationships with HNWI clients, identifying new business opportunities, and implementing effective strategies to drive business growth. You will work closely with the store directors to strategize client entertainment and support the Brand Ambassadors in executing high-potential client discovery and relationship development.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as strong negotiation and coaching abilities. They will be highly customer-centric, passionate about creating the best-in-class customer experience, and able to multi-task in an agile environment.
