Senior Luxury Jewellery Development Manager

As a key member of the De Beers Group team, you will be responsible for driving the growth and success of our high-end jewellery business.
Key Responsibilities- HNW Client Development and Prospection:
- Develop and implement effective strategies to attract high net worth individuals (HNWI) and ultra high net worth individuals (UHNWI).
- Build relationships with HNWI and UHNWI through various social and networking events.
- Identify and acquire VIP clients from other jewellery brands and develop strategies to retain them.
- High Jewellery Business Development Strategy:
- Define and implement the high jewellery business development strategy, including HJ event calendar management and HJ stock allocation.
- Provide market feedback and insights on HJ trends, collections, and client requests to the global HJ special order team and HJ product team.
- Assist stores in handling HJ requests and negotiations to maximise sales success.
- VIP Customer Relationship Management:
- Analyse and enhance VIP client portfolios for stores.
- Collaborate with store directors to strategise VIP client entertainment and relationship-building.
- Support the Brand Ambassadors in discovering and developing high-potential and VIP clients for HJ sales.
Requirements:
- Strong experience in the luxury jewellery industry.
- Deep understanding and knowledge of De Beers Group brand and products.
- Commercial instinct, socialite, and multicultural background.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop others and create a customer-centric environment.
- Fluency in at least three languages.
