Job Description:
The Role: Risk Management Professional
We are seeking an experienced Risk Management Professional to join our team as a Risk Manager. The successful candidate will support the Head of Enterprise Risk in providing oversight of risks impacting the business.

In this role, you will work closely with senior managers to manage and mitigate key risks, driving growth and protecting the company's reputation. You will be critical in helping the business achieve its strategic and financial objectives.

**Responsibilities:**
- Support the Head of Function on functional engagement from a Line 2 risk perspective
- Review and challenge the effectiveness of governance mechanisms
- Ensure risk appetite and tolerance are monitored within each relevant function
- Lead the engagement with external suppliers
- Provide leadership, support, and training to direct reports and Line 1

Requirements:
- Proven experience within the financial services sector
- Knowledge of one of the shared service disciplines - finance, IT, or 3rd party management
- Conversant with best practice enterprise risk management processes and frameworks
- An organized self-starter with strong report-writing skills
- Strong technical knowledge of risk management software tools and their use
