This role offers a unique chance to work with a specialist, secure residential home providing care and support to children with complex needs. About You:We are looking for individuals who are passionate about helping children and have the emotional intelligence and resilience to work in a challenging environment. Experience of working with children or young people is an advantage, but not essential. We offer a range of training and development opportunities to support your personal and professional growth.
